I feel that last week’s post was left kind of in the middle! I mean, I start making a point and then just keep rambling on about everything and nothing… Not that money is nothing! But you know what I mean, (if it’s your first time here, Welcome! I so appreciate you! but this isn’t probably the best place to start… start maybe with the About page, once you know me you can start anywhere because my brain does work like this! Hope you are not very disappointed! I also love exclamation points!!!)I was so excited to tell you about the community I want to build that everything else just slipped my mind. Please stay with me while I make my point.
I don’t know if you are in a community like the one I told you about or if you’d like to be in one. The end goal is to create a safe space where members can talk about their economic situation and get some help from me and also other community members who have been in the same situation. A space where there’s no judgement and where everyone commits to keeping the confidentiality of the group. I feel this is very important so that everyone feels safe sharing their experience and their struggles. I know I could’ve used something like this when I was trying to get out of debt and felt so lonely! I had no one to talk to and that was very hard.
For now, I’m creating a private FB group called The Sparkling Budgeteer’s Club. I will start posting information there everyday and I will be doing live sessions once a week. During those sessions I’ll be answering your questions, that you can ask me live or that you can submit via my Social Media platforms, email or DM. Every month there’s a specific theme I’ll be talking about and posting about. I will also have a guest, once a month, come and talk about different subjects. Just to give you an idea, there will be a Money Month, a Wellness Month, a Book Club Month, just to name a few. I will also provide a printable with each month’s topic and resources to help you keep up!
I hope you’ll check it out and I’ll be posting some questions on my Social Media and I hope I can count on you for feedback?? I so appreciate you taking the time to read my ramblings… I know you could be doing something, anything, else and you are here, so Thank You!
