You are probably wondering why the name. Well, the story is I love wine, but I owe this title to Dave Ramsay, whom I consider, at least partially, responsible for us getting out of debt. He says that when he had the budget meetings with his wife “there was w(h)ine and cheese and boy did he whine in those meetings”!! (or something to this effect anyway!) And it stuck with me, specially because I loooove me some wine and cheese, and yes, I whine too, a lot!
So when I started thinking about a fun name for my little place to tell my story I almost immediatly went there. I tested it on my daughter, definatly the most critical member of my entourage!!! and it passed, the name I mean. She thought it sounded like me… (come to think of it, I don’t know if it’s a good thing, I mean, probably not because I usually never get approved by the kids… I should have thought this through.)
Just thought I’d share it with you. Because, well, this is a nice place to hang out and I promised myself that I would show up real. I’m not going to lie, it’s not comfortable, but I also got a certification in Life Coaching and that was eye opening for me. It gave me a little more confidence to be able to share my experience with others but also it taught me to own my mistakes, that they are my past and shame has no place here anymore. But, it’s not easy.
